NowQuit（中文名「开始戒烟」，下称"我们"）尊重并保护你的隐私。本政策说明 App 在你的设备上访问哪些数据、如何使用，以及你拥有的权利。我们是纯本地应用，不运营任何服务器。

1. App 在设备本地访问的数据

NowQuit 是纯本地应用，我们不运营服务器、不主动采集任何数据。App 在你的设备上运行时，会访问以下三类数据，全部仅保存在你的设备本地或 Apple 系统中：

• 你主动填写的戒烟数据：吸烟状态、每日吸烟量、香烟价格、戒烟日期、烟瘾记录、买烟记账、自定义香烟库等。这些数据仅保存在你的设备本地（iOS 沙盒及 App Group 共享空间），以及你主动开启 iCloud 同步时的你自己的 iCloud 空间中。我们不接触这些数据。
• Apple 健康数据（可选）：仅在你在 App 内明确授权后，我们从「健康」App 读取静息心率、心率变异性（HRV）、血氧饱和度与呼吸频率的每日均值，用于展示健康恢复趋势。只读、不写入、不上传。
• 内购信息：会员购买由 App Store 全程处理，支付信息由 Apple 持有，我们不接触你的支付方式；我们仅能从 Apple 获知你的会员购买/订阅状态。

2. 我们不收集的数据

• 不收集姓名、手机号、邮箱等个人身份信息；
• 不收集精确位置、通讯录、相册（相册仅在你主动为香烟库/买烟记录拍照时使用，照片只存于 App 本地）；
• 不使用第三方统计/广告 SDK，不向任何第三方出售或共享你的数据。

3. 数据的使用方式

上述数据仅用于在你的设备上计算并展示戒烟进度、花费统计、健康恢复趋势等 App 核心功能，以及在你开启 iCloud 同步时在你的多台设备间同步你自己的数据。

4. 数据存储与安全

你的数据默认只存储在你的设备本地（App 沙盒与 App Group 共享空间）。开启 iCloud 同步后，数据经 Apple 的 iCloud 键值存储在你的 iCloud 账号下传输与保存，受 Apple 的加密与隐私保护机制约束。卸载 App 会删除设备上的全部本地数据；关闭 iCloud 同步并删除 iCloud 中的数据即可清除云端副本。

5. 第三方

本 App 依赖的第三方仅有：Apple 的系统服务（App Store 内购、HealthKit、iCloud、WatchConnectivity）。相关数据的处理适用 Apple 的隐私政策。

6. 你的权利

• 随时在系统设置中撤销「健康」App 的读取授权；
• 随时在 App「我的」页关闭 iCloud 同步；
• 卸载 App 即删除全部本地数据。

Privacy Policy (English)

NowQuit ("we") respects and protects your privacy. This policy explains what data the app accesses on your device, how it is used, and the rights you have. NowQuit is a local-first app and we do not operate any servers.

1. Data the App Accesses on Your Device

NowQuit is a local-first app. We do not operate servers and do not actively collect any data. When the app runs on your device, it may access the following types of data, all of which stay on your device or within Apple's systems:

• Quit-smoking data you enter: smoking status, daily cigarette count, cigarette price, quit date, craving records, purchase logs, custom cigarette library. This data stays on your device (iOS sandbox and shared App Group storage) and, only if you enable it, in your own iCloud sync space. We never touch this data.
• Apple Health data (optional): only after you explicitly grant access in the app, we read daily averages of resting heart rate, HRV, blood oxygen and respiratory rate from the Health app to show recovery trends. Read-only: we never write to or upload this data.
• In-app purchase info: purchases are handled entirely by the App Store. Payment details are held by Apple; we only learn your membership/subscription status.

2. Data We Do NOT Collect

• No personal identifiers such as name, phone number or email;
• No precise location or contacts. Camera/photos are only used when you actively take a photo for the cigarette library or purchase records, and photos are stored locally only;
• No third-party analytics or advertising SDKs. We never sell or share your data with any third party.

3. How We Use Data

All data is used solely on your device to compute and display quit progress, spending statistics and health recovery trends, and — if you enable iCloud sync — to sync your own data across your devices.

4. Storage & Security

By default your data is stored locally on your device. When iCloud sync is enabled, data is stored under your own iCloud account via Apple's key-value storage, protected by Apple's encryption and privacy mechanisms. Deleting the app removes all local data; disabling iCloud sync and removing the cloud copy clears the remote data.

5. Third Parties

The only third-party services are Apple system services (App Store IAP, HealthKit, iCloud, WatchConnectivity), governed by Apple's privacy policy.

6. Your Rights

• Revoke Health app access anytime in system Settings;
• Turn off iCloud sync anytime on the Profile page;
• Uninstall the app to delete all local data.
